The people who work there are the nicest, kindest people, who go above and beyond to help and make sure you as a person and customer have a great time. They are splendid to talk to, very knowledgeable, and super friendly.

I shopped at Nik Naks for my entirety of living in Kelowna and always had a great experience, both for buying goods and interacting with everyone there. Its very welcoming, and I truly felt like family, and I know many people feel the same way. I will always recommend people to stop in, and whenever I get a chance to visit Kelowna I will for sure always visit my favorite store!

Sweetnam's is a very special place. Not only do they have great nik nak's but the staff here really bring a sense of community when you walk through those doors. They are so kind, always have a smile on their face and always willing to hear about your day. I love buying Zelda or Pokémon or funko's here. One of the best!

An absolute bangin' place and couldn't of picked a better name for the store. The incredible amount nik naks in the store is incredible. He also has some of the lowest prices in town for Pokemon penny sleeves! His honest prices and exceptional friendly attitude = Winner winner, chicken dinner.

I Love this place so much!
The People are absolutely wonderful and I've had the pleasure of making amazing connections with the Owners, enjoying their enthusiasm and conversation while taking in their diverse collection of Fun and Interesting Pop Culture items. A Great Place to bring friends and family, soo Personable and they have a little something for everybody. I would definetly highlight their room filled with Glass Displays of Antiques, Clocks, Lamps, etc from the Bradford Exchange, lots of Disney and Cartoon Themes, absolutely beautiful to simply stand and admire, (Or even Take home with you) 😉
Overall Sweetnam's is a prime example of a wholesome family-owned business, and a treasure to the Kelowna Community. I always leave with an armful of some pretty cool items and a Smile 🙂

Literally the best local shop for knick knacks and anything anime related (and more!) The sweetest crew, genuinely passionate, good prices and an absolute staple of the community. Also, the best luck comes from this store, believe me. Such kind and genuine people who make you feel welcome and look out for you.
