I unfortunately can't recommend this store due to the extremely poor customer service I received. The two staff members working showed no interest in assisting me and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.

The store was not busy—only one other person was there—so there was no apparent reason for the lack of attention. When I did make a purchase, I was met at the register with a level of indifference that made it feel like ringing me through was a burden.

I had planned to also buy a pair of Birkenstocks, but the service was so off-putting that I chose not to ask for help again. It’s disappointing, as I genuinely wanted to support the store, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

This is an excellent shoe store. I’ve been looking for a pair of Blundstone’s, and they had exactly what I was looking for. Very helpful staff, tremendous selection, competitvely priced…what more do you need?

I want to support local businesses, but this was my first and last time shopping here. Found the shoes I wanted and only needed help to find my size converting from north american to european sizes. Was the only customer in the store at the time. After I found the little sockettes by myself, sat down and tried the shoes on. No "everything ok?, nothing. Felt like i was inconveniencing them(two salespeople ). Another customer came a couple of minutes later, and she was met with "Love your dress!, Great for this weather we're having! How can I help you?"
VERY discouraging. Like I said at the beginning, will NOT shop here again. Go to Zagros at Bayshore. they have pretty much the same stuff and are actually genuinely friendly and helpful.
I will be sharing my experience with friends and family, and pretty anyone who will listen

Best shopping experience! Attentive and smiling staff. Great variety of shoes, especially I love colours and quality brands. I will definitely recommend Kanata location and will return for more shoes.
Staff didn't discriminate me, that's the way to go!

Excellent service and great selection. Just bought a pair of Blundstones from Tanda and could not be more pleased with the knowledgeable and courteous staff! They answered my questions and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. You will not be disappointed.

I went in to the Kanata store yesterday to pickup a couple pairs of sandals for this summer. The sales person was of no help whatsoever. After asking a few questions and not getting a straight answer I left. I did see a few pairs that I would have liked, she would not help so I left. I wont go back to that store. I will try and find the same shoes at a different store. She lost a few hundred dollars worth of sales which from the looks of how empty the store was would have made a difference for the store. Oh well. A shame the sales person doesnt enjoy her job.
