Absolutely horrific customer service...brand new coat $350.00 with tax worn for 45 minutes total, the button loop ripped, popped out in my hand, not the button but the actual elastic loop that goes around the button, I asked for a replacement but they said that they had no more in stock then I requested a refund and I was told no because it had been worn which is hilarious..I owned the coat for 10 days and this is how they stand behind their quality! I was offered $15.00 to fix it ..anyways be careful if you decide to shop here...they do not stand behind the quality of their items...if they did they would expect a coat to last longer then 10 days...and only being worn a total of less than an hour over those 10 days.

**In response to the owner today is January 20th, you are an absolute liar..I informed your worker that I would be in the area if you would provide me with a refund but I would not be driving over an hour for 15.00. I have left you my contact information to address this properly to which you refuse! I stand by what was noted earlier DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Do at your own risk.

My mom and I went here to find something to wear to my dad's funeral. The employee/owner in the store was incredibly knowledgable of her stock and was so attentive to us. The clothes are all beautiful and well-made and we were able to come away successful. The woman helping us also helped us feel so comfortable, and I highly appreciate the time she took with us. Thank you <3

The Tango Boutique Ridley store on Fourth Avenue has awesome customer service. The staff is very friendly & always very helpful. They have a large inventory of Joseph Ribkoff & Frank Lyman & other manufactures. I highly recommend them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! walked in and the lady was pricing clothing and didn’t say hi. A minute goes by and she finally says hi. I find a dress I wanted to buy and I asked if there was any other sizing and she just pointed to the racks and said that one and the mannequin. I asked to try on the one on the mannequin and she’s like I don’t think that’s going to fit you. Unbelievable

Zero stars. Very poor customer service. No refunds or store credit were given on an item that was returned. Blamed me for returning the item defective but it was only tried on and it wasn’t damaged in any way.
They claim I soiled the item, which I did not.
Now I don’t have the item or a credit/refund!
What a complete rip off!
Spare yourself your hard earned money and aggravation and do not buy from this store!
