I had an amazing interaction with the manager Trish Baxter. Trish spent a considerable amount of time assisting me with changes that were required to be made on my account. She has made the process seamless and I can't thank her enough for her excellent customer service. I can honestly say that she went above and beyond to help me.

The employees here are stuck up. Never in my life have I encountered that many women all looking down on people who walk through the door, yet they only sell cellphones. Don’t recommend at all, go somewhere else. If you liked to be judged for nothing this is the place for you.

We needed some minor set up help with a phone we had bought elsewhere. Sabryna went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Even though the TELUS people she had to go through seemed hell bent on making the simple transaction impossible. For almost an hour she was shifted from department to department. And she never once was anything other than polite and professional. I would have lost it I think. Well done and Thank you Sabryna!

Most rude employees ever they did not help me once no friendly greeting nothing! I said “thank you” after paying because it’s common courtesy especially when you’re working in customer service. Oh I forgot to mention they also said “they are going to start charging for people that come early” My fricken goodness man! Even I’m a grouch and still say “you’re welcome” or “for sure no worries” but keep my grouchness to myself! Nonetheless it’s a beautiful day and if you’re in a good mood don’t come here. I guess people just give 4.2 stars for anything now a days.

What a breath of fresh air it was to work with Trish at Electro-Tel. Working with telecoms can be a notoriously frustrating experience, but with Trish it was smooth as silk. I walked out with exactly what I wanted, at a better deal than I expected, and faster than I'd ever dreamed possible. Absolutely phenomenal customer experience - I'll be coming back from BC when my contract is up!
