My in-laws were up visiting from BC and had a check engine light come on so we stopped in to see if they could help us at Terciers. They came outside ran a diagnostic, told us the issue. Then worked on adjusting their schedule to fit them in before they had to drive back to BC. They also checked the warranty on the vehicle to make sure it was covered if possible. They kept us in the loop through the booking and called us with an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. Thank you to the staff at Terciers for the excellent service and great communication.

Second time we have taken our truck to this dealer, both times pre booked an appointment a week- 2 weeks in advance. This time I called in and asked if the 10 o'clock appointment would be actually happening at 10 or am I going to sit there for 4 hours and wait like last time, lady was rude on nthe phone spoke to the manager and they are useless also. Story is the tech who's looking at my truck is sick. So I feel the right thing to do would have been call me to give me a heads up that the appointment wouldn't happen. So I'm not sure what the point of making an appointment a week - 2 weeks in advance is. I would HIGHLY recommend not buying products here that they can't seem to get you in to figure out the sensor that I've told them what it was when I called into book the appointment, but since it's a warranty thing the customer service sucks when they arnt making money, HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere!

I am so impressed with the service I received. I had my car in for an inspection. This always worries me as we never know what we are going to find. The technician "Jeff" was such a sincere man. He did my inspection and was truly a fair guy. This was not a man out to list 50 different things to get money for the shop. He listed the true things that I knew were going and explained to me these parts are not gone yet. This man understands family values and the fact that so many of us are struggling today. He told me the important things I should do and explained the things that I need to keep in the back of my mind for the future.
Funny story is he actually saved me more money on this inspection. My back wiper had not worked for a couple years. My autistic son grabbed it one day and decided to manually wipe the window. GREAT!!! Another tech from somewhere else told me it was all one piece and I had to replace the motor and all even though I could tell the motor was working. Well that apparently was over 250+ for the part plus labour. Yep that was put off for a long time!
I got my car back to find a note on the Inspection saying it was a loose nut. Hahaha. I drove away and got down the highway, I flipped the switch after not using it for a couple years and it works!!!!! He tightened it up for me during this inspection. What an absolutely solid man! He literally saved me nore money on that one repair during this inspection than the inspection cost. Something that another tech was not truthful about.

So happy after sitting with Kayla from finance and Doug from sales, we have a plan moving forward that will not hurt my finances and actually work with them. This entire dealership makes you feel like family. Even our pep talks throughout this process in regards to finances and fiture goals, they get it and are not like the pushy people I have had to deal with in the past. It feels more like a family meeting before the big purchases to be realistic and help to get what I need and not blow my budget.

Yes their job is to sell vehicles but they do not want to put someone in something they clearly cannot afford at the wrong time in their life. It is so easy to say yes until that first payment comes out and buyers remorse sets in.

Happy to report that I am so happy with the entire process and I can still feed my kids on my budget!!! 😆 đŸ€Ł 😂

Make an appointment for 8:30 am for an oil change. Should be a quick thing. Truck is gone all day. Not sure why you need the appointment when it is never quick. Frustrating. Either get rid of appointments or be more punctual. May have to start bringing my vehicle somewhere else from now on.

June 24 I had my vehicle towed to Tercier Motors. I called on June 26 and was told over the phone the quote was just over 3600.00 to fix the issues with the motor or approx $6000.00 to put a rebuilt engine in it. I asked for a bit of time to figure out if it was worth repairing it or replacing the engine.  On July 4 I phoned Tercier Motors and gave them the go ahead to repair it and was told it would go in Tuesday or Wednesday.  I received a call from them shortly after saying they wanted to reschedule for Thursday and Friday so "The Engine Guy" could work on it.  I was assured that I would receive a call if the repairs would be more than the original quote.  I was finally able to pick my car up on July 17 and the invoice was approx 600.00 more than the quote with NO phone call as promised.  The repair invoice total was $4226.00.  I was told I had warranty on the parts/repairs for a determined length of time/#of KM.  My car had an event the following Monday the 22 of July where it felt like it was going to stall but appeared to be fine after there were no warning lights on the dash and the oil level appeared to be fine when I pulled the dipstick to check.  As a precaution I took it back to the dealership on the 23rd and left it for them to run a diagnostic test on it.  They called me saying it appeared to have an engine miss fire and that it could be the catalytic converter but they were going to test drive it and look into it further.  I was then told that there was an engine failure and was given a quote of 4825.00 to repair it again.  This quote includes repairs done the first time that I was told I had warranty on when I picked it up on the 17th.  I was also given a copy of the quote to replace the motor that I was told in a previous phone discussion would approx $6000.00 the actual total for that quote is 12,047.05.  My issue is they give you a quote over the phone and then it is no where near accurate or they don't honor the warranty on the repairs.  I spoke to the Service Manager again yesterday and asked for a better idea of what was covered by warranty and the cost to repair my vehicle but will not give me an amount and wants me to okay the quote for 4825.50 which includes replacing the parts they did in the first repair. Was told they may/might be covered. The vehicle had no warning lights on, on the dash and was not trying to stall etc when I dropped it off on the 23rd and yesterday he informed me now there is a large amount of oil where it shouldn't be and it was blowing smoke when they brought it in the shop, seems suspicious it's now doing that after they test drove it etc. I just am looking for a quote of what repairs are not being covered by warranty and they will not give me that answer.  I work 3 jobs and have been without a vehicle most of the summer this causing a huge amount of stress and I am lucky to have an awesome family who can loan me vehicles or drive me where I need to go I can't imagine what this would be like for someone who doesn't have that help.

Windshield replacement, 4 months trying to replace Windshield, installed wrong one waited 4 weeks more for new replacement, only to find out they never ordered 😕 now to wait again ,unbelievable.
