This location should close !! (Likely will if they don't change the staff) The "manager" is more interested talking on his ear buds than serving customers...HOPEFULLY SENIOR MANAGEMENT READS REVIEWS !!!...visit this location unannounced ASAP...please!!!
They never have the beer you want, can't return empties ? Frustrating...terrible service with rude staff !!
I do NOT recommend this location !!!
I welcome beer sold in all corner store's...sooner the better !!
Any reviews with more than one star are likely from staff or family of the staff...
Public health inspectors also need to visit this location sooner than later...a dirty, stinky location infested with flys and ROACHES...!!!
Warning...check your purchase for roaches !!!

Love this location. Friendly staff and straight to the point. I can't believe Mr Ford is going to waste 225 million dollars for the beer store to close the locations that do what they do best: sell beer in a controlled and professional fashion.

Avoid this place. When I was cashing out, the volume of this old white guy’s voice was low so I didn’t catch what he said. So my answer to his question was not what he’s expecting. He then started mocking me and also trash talking me with F word while I was paying the bill. If the business wants our respect to its staffs, you better respect your customers first. The manager was right beside him and did nothing. Absolutely not coming back.

I generally avoid this location as the staff are miserable. On this last visit I was literally the only person in the store. Had to stand and wait in the returns area for like 2 minutes for some 9ne to come out from the back to attend to me (ya, I know it's not a long time but when you're the ONLY person there, that's excessive ) it feels like a eternity. Then when I went to purchase, AGAIN, had to wait excessively long only to be told they're out of the brand I wanted. I've lived near this location for 17 years and I go out of my way to avoid it

Location is good but variety is so poor I almost never buy from it. Beer Store ... you need to meet customers needs from this area which means not only for drinkers using low end industrial brands so you need to bring more high-end brands and variety in individual cans/packages like Dufferin and Major Mac location...learn from them!
