We just purchased bikes from the Bicycle Shop after using them for repairs in the past and were once again very pleased with the service. We came close to closing time on a Friday and were not rushed out the door. The staff took plenty of time answering our questions and letting us try out different options. No pressure to buy or talking down to us because we weren't particularly knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend the Bicycle Shop for sales or service.

Recently moved to Brantford and was looking for a bike shop to tune up my 25 year old giant mountain bike. My wife said this place is good and gave it a shot. All I can say is from their family atmosphere, exceptional service, kindness, and taking all the time needed to answer any questions this place is the absolute best. As a matter of fact if they were 50% more expensive I would still come here just for the service and the atmosphere. Thanks to the people here - you don't see businesses run like this anymore. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I recently converted my tires to tubeless and was having trouble seating the tire on the rim.

Took it in and they had it done in a few minutes - and they didn’t even want me to pay them anything!

Incredible service. Went in to get a new chain for my 5 year old's bike. They not only installed the chain, but replaced the seat with an old one they had, fixed the brakes, and put air in the tires. They went over and above and it was noticed and appreciated. We will definitely be back and recommend 100%! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I brought in a used bike I had purchased elsewhere for a fitting, and the team went above and beyond. Not only were they incredibly friendly and welcoming, but they also took the time to inspect my bike and noticed it needed a gear adjustment. They explained and showed me everything they were doing in a way that was super helpful and easy to understand

The gentleman working on the bike even stayed past closing to make sure everything was set up properly and safe to ride. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received.

This will forever be my go to store for all bike needs and I very much recommend this amazing team of people.

Absoloutely factastic people! They went above and beyond with helping me fix the braking problem on my 70ish year old Schwinn, and even straightened the back wheel for free! They also told me about the vintage bike show coming up in Burford and suggested I reach out to Antique Archeology to try to find more info on my bike - which I did reach out to them 🙂

Took my son’s bike in thinking it just needed a new tube—turns out it had way more issues: both tires and tubes were shot, brakes were on backwards, grips were missing… the works. Altogether it would’ve cost about $100 to fix—only $50 less than a new bike.
Instead of just taking my money, they were super honest. Told me it wasn’t worth fully repairing since my son’s almost outgrown it. They fixed the one tire that really needed it, gave him grips and fixed the brakes for free, and sent us on our way. My son’s back to riding and couldn’t be happier. Above and beyond service—truly appreciated. 🙌

Grandfather bought me a bike back in like 2018 for ~$500. I'm not particularly gentle with it but it's still basically mint condition, minus a few scratches & chips in the paint. Great quality bikes for reasonable prices & very polite staff. Wouldn't buy a bike from anyone else.
