Currently Staying here. It's improved incredibly with new management. Scott is great to deal with, and the grounds are tidy and the people here are wonderful. Very Safe and Clean. Been told they are installing bran new WiFi also in July. Great place to stay!

Nice from a distance but really nothing special. Exactly the same as the other apartments from the 70s here in town with some newer closet doors and Costco laminate floors. Internet is a joke, the tiny hot water tank is more suited to a travel trailer than an apartment...about 5 minutes in the shower is all you get. Furnishings are decent, I will say that the bed in my room is firm but very comfortable.

Since you're in Chetwynd there's probably no where else to stay. Better than paying for a hotel but they could try a bit harder. Love seat and chair, how about go for the whole couch? Internet isn't even worth using. 3-5 minutes to load a page. That shouldn't be hard to improve, buy a better router, a standard router isnt meant to handle 12 or 15 connections. Tv is junk and the cable is junk quality, shifting lines on the screen and whatnot. A slight effort by owners would improve the experience greatly.

As a travelling worker this place was hands down the best place I have rented for work. I was there for a year and appreciated how it was always kept clean, lawn mowed, prompt snow removal, empty garbage bins and how the management was so quick to deal with the people that weren't willing to respect the other tennants. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in town. Thanks for doing such a great job Donny and Tamara.

Secure but sub-par for the rents charged. They are furnished with the bare minimum, old pots and cutlery. No Wi-Fi that works. If you can find a cheaper place, take the cheaper option.
If you chose this place ask for any additional rules that may apply beforehand to save yourself from extra charges while moving out. Wear socks when you first move in as the floors and toilet were dusty when I did.
Often deers visit the building, it was nice to watch them.

Terrible place, horribly run. Management harasses and verbally abuses the tenants. No wifi even though you pay for it. Rent price is outrageous for what you’re getting. DO NOT STAY HERE! Save yourself the misery!!
