Excellent butcher shop.

While we were on holidays, my husband and I stopped here to buy two racks of lamb for a special dinner I was preparing for some friends. They french the racks differently here, pulling back some of the fat and then tying it down, so that when it cooks it keeps the meat moist. When you serve it, it really does look like a meat lollipop. So cool. And it tasted great.

A side note: it was here that I bought some coconut crisp cookies from a local bakery called the Mindful Mouthful. They were excellent. I really like it when a local business promotes other local business.

Eight thumbs up! Four of us had the dinner and the cookies.

I finally got the chance to try something other than their jerky (which is amazing by the way), Maui steaks are to die for!!! Also tried some cod burgers which were incredible as well

Sumptuous food products and knowledgeable, friendly staff. What's not to like? After 4 or so years, this has become our 'go to' place for nearly all our meat whether frozen or fresh. Check out the freezer section for The Best frozen sausages and larger packages of meat to later. We also like the many local and European condiments and dry food stuffs.
