Was visiting from Calgary - saw they listed labubus so stopped in. Had a wall full of some really cool sneakers in the store as well as a few jackets, bags, and other fun things.

Had a crane game in the corner where you could try your luck to win sneakers. We were mainly there to pick up some labubus and the owner did not disappoint. He saved a couple for me from a new shipment he was receiving that day.

Fair pricing and I have no doubt that they are authentic products. Store is in a great location and the owner and staff are all very friendly and chill people.

Would highly recommend coming here to check out their collectibles/rare sneakers and apparel.

Sold me fake yeezy 350s. Seller was willing to take the shoes back and refund the full amount + shipping. Do get the shoes double checked if you ever decide to shop here.

Very impressed. Was looking for a specific pair of J's in size 12, and The Hype had 'em. Literally reached out and bought the pair yesterday, and they had them with UPS immediately and today they are in my hands in the Lower Mainland area. Thanks Damon for the quick and awesome service, I will be back 100%.

My friend I was with today asked Damien if he was willing to get a bad review of what was said during our conversation, to which he replied, "Sure," which shows how much these owners care about how they run their businesses. My boyfriend bought me a pair of Nike pandas for my birthday, and they were too small. We went back the next day and were denied by Damien because the box was “defective.” since my boyfriend had written a birthday message on the box, I was happy to leave the shoes there while I ordered a new box from Nike and was denied. I returned three days later with a friend and was told that all sales were final. My friend then looked online and saw that the shoes my boyfriend bought me could be purchased outright from Nike at the size that fits me for 150, considering my bf has bought them for 225. I felt like I was scammed/robbed by a local business which we were helping as consumers. Again, Damien said the box was defective because the shoe collectors wouldn't want it. As I stated before, I would have ordered a new box if it was such a big deal. He still was prompt to deny you can only say so much to a person who doesn't explain why, rather than it being a box, and that's how we run our business. He then noticed that there was a thread. He said this could be defective since there's a thread in which my friend replied that you sold us a faulty item. He also didn't tell my bf that Nike sells them at a much lower cost, and robbed my bf blind, giving they restocked as a weak excuse. I'm telling you, these guys are not friendly people. They are money hungry and don't give a crap about customer service. Even a consignment store has a much better exchange/return policy than here, which says something. Yet for “the hype,” there's no hope. Hopefully, this review is helpful. DO not go to this store. They are not worth supporting at ALL. the only thing they are hyped about is robbing you blind

Also, don't bother replying. Everyone else who has left you a 1 star. You don't resolve the problem

Also, why are you selling Supreme at an outrageous amount? Are the people of Kelowna not informed that you can easily download the Supreme app and that drops happen at 11 a.m. on Thursdays? And yet, you guys are selling items that don't sell out at the store for outrageous amounts, which clearly proves my point of you robbing customers blind. Weird. Weird.

Been to The HYPE multiple times to purchase shirts, shorts, shoes, and to participate in the Key Master. I can say with complete confidence that this is one of the best shops in BC to purchase what you need for everyday wear or to add to a collection. Also the key master is absolutely perfect for those who are not looking to buy but looking for the thrill of winning a FREE pair of shoes for $5 (if you’re lucky enough). If you have the time I HIGHLY recommend taking 15-20 minutes to check out The HYPE!
