The Matchbox is a great business to find what you need! Nav has served me a few times now and she is so kind, polite, respectful and over all a great employee! She really is a sweetheart, willing go above and beyond to help her customers and give them what they need!! If, the Matchbox doesn't have what we need, she offers a better deal/product or orders it in.

Absolutely fantastic customer service!

I had a few issues with a device I bought and these guys went extremely above and beyond to help me out despite the fact that I lost the receipt. Even replaced a defective part that I literally lost in the car on the way here.

This is A+ customer service with A+ pricing. Worth the drive from Revelstoke! Will support these guys 100% for the rest of my year in BC

Workers are great, the owner looks like he hates it there. Always closed before their posted hours which is incredibly inconvenient, I won't be returning because there is a wonderful shop just 30 seconds around the corner from them. It's called the "Lemonade Stand" go there, the staff are amazing.
