アウトドア好きには外せないお店だよ！バンフというロッキー山脈のふもとにあるから、ハイキングやキャンプなど、地元でのアクティビティに必要なギアやウェアが揃ってるんだ。品質が良いのはもちろん、スタッフも親切で、地元の天候やトレイルに合ったアイテムをアドバイスしてくれるから助かるよ。観光の途中で急に寒くなったりしたときにも、しっかり対応できるアイテムが見つかるから安心だね。

This store is massive and has everything The North Face has to offer. Super cool even to just check out, lots of gear was on decent discount too. Selection was great if you like their gear, worth checking out in Banff.

My Husband and I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at The North Face Banff, yesterday (Feb 11). We were met with smiling faces.

I asked an employee for a certain coat & he showed us where they were located.

We then started talking with another employee (Lydia?) and explained that my husband usually has a really hard time finding a coat he likes. She showed him a bunch of different winter coats and explained the differences from each coat.

We went back and forth over what colour coat he wanted. She wasn’t pressuring us into a sale. We put the coats we were considering on hold and left the store for a bit to think about it.

Shortly after we left, we went back into the store and bought the coat. If it weren’t for Lydia, he would have never tried on the Carto Tri Jacket. And he would have never know what he was missing.

This jacket is the most comfortable winter jacket he’s ever worn. And we hope The North Face never discontinues it.

Thank you for making our experience in The North Face Banff, such a pleasant experience.

FYI, guys, we can't use our gift cards here because this store is not owned by the north face it's a third-party or licensed, though north face. This is what they told me!

Nice selection of ski gear in store. My 10 year old NF ski shell is still going strong. Unfortunately for NF I am no longer a customer.

One of the best north face stores I’ve been too. They have a large variety of stuff, and great promotions going on. Their staff were kind and attentive. Overall, I loved my shopping trip at this North Face!

I love all things, Northface. What really had me post this was the staff on in a later weekday evening. He was so pleasant to everyone even with the weirdest requests and non-english speakers. LOLOL 😇😅😅 That young man deserves a hug. You guys are lucky to have him. And excellent prices now as lots of sales, tons of inventory you just gotta go up the stairs. And those who are walking go buy yourself some ice spikes! You need hiking, especially places like Lake Louise or Johnson Canyon.
