Amazing experience!!!! Felicity was very helpful and informative!! She was able to help me find the exact mules I wanted. Unfortunately, it wasn’t in-store however she was able to direct me to the exact item, size and colour!!! Super helpful!!! Would recommend to ask for Felicity!

Horrible customer service . I came in to buy a puffer jacket but I could not find the model inside the store. I did find the model outside on display , so i went to ask two staff if they had that model in the store. They were extremely rude and did not care at all, they just told me all the jackets are in the back and did not even try to understand or see which model I was trying to buy. Eventually I left the store because I could not find what I was looking for and the staff was not welcoming at all and looked annoyed every time I asked a question.

I came to shop here with my brother for the first time two weeks ago and he purchased a jacket for such a great deal! Highly recommended if you're looking for a fall or winter jacket at an affordable price!

I don’t know what recently happened but before North face’s deals were great. Now if you want good deals you have to buy in bulk. For example just to get 40% just have to buy more than product. The only people who will benefit from the store currently are people who plan to buy more than 7 items as you’ll get a 70% discount.

Plenty of options. Staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. We could not find the jacket we were looking for. They recommended us to come to another location to find the jacket.

Went here today to get some hiking shoes for my daughter. They were regular price 179. 40% off.
We learned that usually they are 50% off so would normally sell for under$90 but this weekend you need to buy 3 items to get that discount. Gets worse. If you look online other stores show the list price at $165. 40%off gets you to $107. Other stores sale price was under$99.
This is North Face own store. I see this as dishonest and misleading. I won’t come back. Be aware.
