I can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had with Kelly and the team at The Planted Arrow. Ordering a sympathy arrangement for a funeral service from out of town—or in my case, out of province—can feel uncertain and nerve-wracking. But Kelly took all the time I needed on the phone to discuss my ideas, helping me shape an arrangement that truly reflected my loved one and their family. She offered thoughtful suggestions and made several adjustments to the accompanying card, right up until just a few hours before delivery. During such a difficult time, it was incredibly reassuring to know that she and her team would handle everything with such care. Keep up the amazing customer service!

The planted Arrow did our wedding flowers and wow!! These pictures that we took don't do them justice. Our guests all commented that they were the most beautiful wedding flowers they had ever seen and we completely agree! They were perfect for our wildflower theme and made the reception hall and wedding arch look stunning!! Not only great on the wedding day, they are still stunning 3 days later!!

I recieved an absolutely GORGEOUS bouquet from my husband/Planted Arrow. It was exactly what I wanted, so colorful, lots of scent, perfect! Also very reasonable for the price. He will be returning for Valentine's Day (I hope).

If there were negative stars - that's what we would give. My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my work from The Planted Arrow. They weren't sure if they would be able to deliver on the Friday so he told them that's okay and that he understood they were busy (it was 11am on Friday when he called) so he said not a problem and that Saturday delivery to our home would be just fine. When he placed the order he was very specific and said he wanted at least three orchids, no roses and nice greenery. He specifically called to ensure he could explain exactly what he wanted so there would be no confusion. The woman said no problem and gave him a breakdown that orchids are $20 each, delivery was $20 and he said to include at least 3 orchids as the main flower and to dress up the bouquet with greenery, etc and specifically NO roses. She said that a nice bouquet would typically cost around $120 to which my husband replied, "that's perfect." The bouquet was delivered to our home Saturday afternoon and the bouquet consisted of 1 small yellow orchid, 3 roses and some greenery. When I thanked my husband for the flowers and he hadn't seen them yet, he said were you impressed with the arrangement (he was excited as he knows orchids are my favorite flower). I said yes they are beautiful and he said well what was in it? I said roses and an orchid and he was not happy as he was very specific with his order. He then called the store and explained that the bouquet was not at all what he asked for and he thought it was ugly. He told the woman he did not want a refund or anything for free but as a business owner he wanted her to know that he was not satisfied at all. She then went on to criticize my husband's taste and said, "well next time you order I will know you are more traditional and prefer that over a tropical arrangement." Whenever she started criticizing his taste and explaining to him that she was the one who made the arrangement herself and kept insisting that it was his taste that was the problem, he just wanted to get off the phone. Needles to say there won't be a next time. We are a firm believers in NEVER posting negative reviews until you give the company a chance to redeem themselves (a simple apology would have been sufficient or a replacement) however that was not the case here and we will never be recommending The Planted Arrow to any of our friends and/or family.
