constater. Mais au delà du super service des ventes et de l'installation, le produit est vraiment de belle et bonne qualité !

Les prix sont compétitifs donc, avec les service et produit ça devient un premier choix de faire affaire avec eux !

We had a fantastic experience with The Sauna Shop! From the start when we went to the showroom, Stefan spent a lot of time with us, going over all of the Sauna options for our outdoor location. He even had one of the Sauna’s on so that we could experience it and we sat in there for a bit discussing the features, pros/cons, and recommendations for what would suit our needs.

He was also crystal clear we needed to arrange our own Electrician and what the specific the electrical requirements were. In his email after our purchase, he provided the links to YouTube and written instructions for the preparation and installation, which made it easier for our Electrician.

Stefan discussed the importance of a secure and level base to be prepared ahead of the installation date. He showed us a couple of pictures that he and other clients had used.

We had advance notice of optional installation dates the suited our schedule and ensured the preparation was complete. On the installation day, the crew arrived on time and were extremely efficient. All of the materials were brought in methodically which enabled them to build the Sauna on our base. The weather was not the best that day, but they pushed through and were done in 5 hours. As they were finishing up, they asked where we wanted our accessories placed, went over the instructions and ensured that we had all of our questions answered. Everything was cleaned up before they left as if no one was in our backyard!

Stefan was amazing to deal with. He was very knowledgable, was never pushy, was always patient, and was responsive to emails - both prior to purchase as well as after installation. Once we decided to go ahead with the purchase of the Luna 8'X7' with L-shaped seating, the whole process was straight forward and easy. The sauna was installed exactly when he said it would be. Two guys put it together in a day and our electrician came a few days later to get it all hooked up. I've been living in it nearly every day for the past couple of months and couldn't be happier. We've managed to fit up to 10 people in it - while that was packed, it was fun! The 8x7 is very comfortable and spacious even for 3-4 people.
