They sell product that doesn't work and don't tell you it doesn't work and when you go back in to tell them the product doesn't work, they say "Oh most of them don't work, all sales final"
You're better off at Bob's.
Horrible service. Basically a fraud. Severely disappointed and praying for the bankruptcy of The Supply.

Went in this evening to purchase a carton of smokes. I
Had stopped at a bank prior and was dispensed paper bills. When attempting to purchase my carton of cigarettes, the cashier denied my paper money, stating that they have had issues with fraudulent paper monies in the near and recent past. It is sad to see a business not equipping themselves with the necessary tools (black lights or feeling for built in ridges and other markings that allow one to validate authenticity of tender), and Instead refused my services leaving me to shop elsewhere.

Paper money is still considered LEGAL TENDER in Canada. The way I was treated left me feeling embarrassed as it was almost accusatory that I was attempting to defraud them yet they had no safe guards in place to protect themselves beyond redirecting customers to other establishments. There were no signs, nor any prior Indication that paper money would not be accepted at this location. Normally this is my preferred store however, after this experience, I will no longer be shopping here and taking my.business elsewhere.

My paper money was taken, without question, at a second dary store, my new preferred store.as I am.not.treates like a criminal here.

Horrible customer service here. I bought a vape went outside the store and the vape didn't work. Went back in and they refused to exchange for another because it was final sale. The product was defective and I wanted one that worked. So they basically took my money and I walked away empty handed. The manager is useless as well. When asked if I purchased anything else I told her yes some pods and she said well at least you got something that worked. Never again will I shop here. The staff are a bunch of immature adolescents who carry on conversations with each other and make you feel like a bother rather than welcome in the store.

Love this place! Always great products/merchandise. Amazing, friendly staff & owners. Great prices, terrific quality on everything. With the New store, they have much more selections, space and variety.
Is one of my favorite places to go.

The owner and staff are always friendly. They always have plenty of stock on hand, Also with your purchase of a cartoon of cigarettes they give the best gift (simple yes & thoughtfull) a good lighter.
