I had to call into stores, in BC from Calgary, hoping to find some swim trunks for my boyfriend who forgot his here in the city. I was lucky enough to call the Truth Snow Skate Life first and was greeted by Joel, who was so friendly and helpful. I sent my boyfriend there to shop right after I hung up. Joel was kind enough to give the kids some stickers and suggest great fishing spots around the area. I highly recommend this shop, and will be stopping in myself next time I am through the area! thanks again Joel for the outstanding service!!

Had an awesome experience at the shop! Went in for a warranty replacement, and Joel and Michelle handled it quickly and professionally. My Fav snow/skate shop, amazing location and store design, phenomenal coffee bar and atmosphere, always catch the latest contest coverage or movie release on the big screen while enjoying a cappuccino. Has an amazing community vibe where people can come connect to snow/ skate events and snow forecasts for upcoming pow. Love how the store has good flow around the different product segments. So much natural light with the large windows make you not really feel like your inside a store. I love the upstairs hardgoods section. I was surprised to see so many lifestyle products like Theragun (game changer) and accessories related to overnight/backcountry trips. Great product selection and brands. There is a lot of cool boardsport nostalgia in the store with an old VHS shrine and vintage board wall. Not many shops like this. They love the outdoors and everyone shreds, all the staff are so chill, knowledgeable and helpful with the products you certainly get any guidance needed for your curious questions and are genuinely happy to see you. Always look forward to visiting, I wish i lived closer than 1.5 hours ha. Keep up the great work. You guys are phenomenal :D.

Michelle and the gang at Truth are absolutely fantastic. Really knowledgeable staff and super friendly as well. They were able to help me out in a pinch with my split board bindings. They really did go above and beyond to help me out.

My wife and I Love this place! While we do have a favourite person to visit (because she always seems to be there, and is always so helpful) the whole staff are amazing. We buy all of our snowboard gear from The Truth, with the help of their expertise we know we are buying the right stuff for us and what we enjoy… and almost as importantly, they have a coffee bar that is without question the most hidden gem of Kamloops; delicious coffee, and other drinks, made in house with fresh beans. I almost don’t want to mention it so that I never have to wait in line, but we do make special trips “up the hill” just for this coffee. The Truth is an easy 5 stars
