The Exclusive Small Batch pairs delightfully with a Farm Boy sour dough baguette. You can taste the oil better at home on bread compared to sampling straight from a liquid in the store.

Came in after receiving balsamic products as a gift from my husband . In store I was met with phenomenal products, service, and genuine care from most staff - except for a lady with white hair that promptly introduced herself as a manager . I was extremely disappointed by the passive nature taken against the two employees assisting me . Numerous occasions interrupted the kind young man assisting me to correct him by restating the same information and overall created an awkward experience . Extremely disappointed by the unprofessional nature of the new management .

WOW!!! I’m happy to say the new owner went above and beyond to make things right. They personally reached out, listened to my concerns, and made the necessary changes. You can really tell they care about their customers and the quality of the service. It’s refreshing to see a business take accountability and follow through. I’m impressed and will definitely be back—thank you for turning things around! I should mention, I love the oils and balsamic, top quality!

My review is geared to the lady that served us on Feb 8 at 2pm. She gave me an ear full because i asked for an oil they didn't cary. She proceeds to tell me in a harsh voice with attitude that i should have checked the web site before coming in. I wish i had told her what i felt but i was too shocked to even speak. Not her line of work i guess. We just left and i will go downtown to your competitor.

The quality of their olive oil and vinegars is outstanding. I can’t go back to store bought balsamic vinegar. The staff is quite knowledgeable and can make great pairing recommendations. You can taste the oils and vinegars, which is a huge bonus. The quality of their products is worth every penny.

My girlfriend sent me here on an errand to pick up some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Ended up buying some for my Mom and Sister as well. Really nice store with a different concept. Who knew that an olive oil shop would have the most amazing customer service.
