The eye exam was thorough, and I really appreciated how the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my eye health.

I was so impressed with this place! They went above and beyond to help my son find frames, and even to replace his lenses when they were scratched for free, including shipping to our small town in BC which must have been expensive during the mail strike. Staff is very friendly and personable. Dr. Dien was great with my kids! I booked a separate appt for myself and was a bit put off that the Dr arrived for his shift a few minutes after my scheduled appt time. Not a huge deal as they are very efficient, however, it doesn't give a good impression. No one needed glasses, so we didn't purchase anything, but they do seem to have quite a large collection of high-end frames.
