This was my first visit to this shop. Heather, the owner was very pleasant & welcoming. I told her what I was looking for so I could start a new project. Within minutes I had exactly what I was looking for.
I’ve been invited to the shop’s Wednesday afternoon craft group. I look forward to attending soon.

I stopped by The Wool Queen and I was pleasantly surprised with the variety of the wool in the store.
Heather was very friendly and helped me to choose my wool and a pattern to knit a sweater for my chihuahua Poquito. I was impressed with the driftwood knitting needles she had in stock.
I look forward to trying the Wednesday afternoon knitting circle as well.

I stepped into the store after seeing a project I wanted to do. The owner knowing I was a senior with severe arthritis offered to start the project for me. I had to return to have it started again due to mistakes. She has been so encouraging and has assisted by starting me off again once again. What a wonderful person and great customer service.

I had an excellent experiencing ordering yarn online. They only had a few balls of a particular colour and type of yarn I wanted and they were nice wnough to order more of it in specifically for me and my sweater project. Excellent customer service and I'm really please with the yarn.

The customer service and care is phenomenal. I'm so glad I decided to check out this little shop. Dont let the size of the store fool you, she has A LOT of amazing yarn and tools! I'm going to be a regular. The owner is also so great answering questions and helping with my projects.
