I’m writing this review because I’m frustrated with how my issue was handled. I had technical difficulties during checkout and oversaw applying a discount code. When I reached out to customer service explaining the situation, they refused to honour the discount, even though this wouldn’t have been an issue if I had shopped in-store, where the discount is automatically applied.

I’ve managed boutiques with the same brands and policies, and we always honoured a discount if a customer forgot/oversaw to apply it—because that’s good customer service. Instead of addressing my concern, they emailed me the same generic responses and tried to make me feel unreasonable. They claimed it wouldn’t be fair to others to honour the discount, but the issue was caused by a technical error.

As someone with years of retail experience, it’s baffling that a business would lose a customer over something so trivial.

Somehow this little gem of a store was hidden from my radar until a recent trip to Lethbridge. The service was wonderful, I love the pieces I picked up and I’ve followed them on Instagram so I can keep up-to-date on their latest new pieces. I was especially pleased to find FP items there since it’s one of my favourites and so nice to purchase it locally.

Absolutely LOVE this boutique!
I often walk out with more than I planned on buying. I always receive amazing care from the manager, Prim. She pushes me out of my regular style and curates the best outfits. She is so encouraging and honest. Prices are very reasonable!

I mainly shop at the Thelma and Thistle Okotoks location but was so pumped to check out their new location. Just as many rad clothes, helpful staff, and overall exceptional experience. Having the two locations does not slow down shipping times and I am shocked at how fast my items come when ordering online. Definitely recommend this boutique!

Such a beautiful store with such stunning clothing! They have unique stock for every season as well as incredible accessories which are always a MUST. Manager is a literal angel!
