I ordered for the first time since new owners and was extremely disappointed in the food. The service was great however my poutine consisted of 75% cheese. As well as we ordered a bacon cheese burger plater "plain" and it came full of condiments, Lettuce and tomato. To top it off they even called me to confirm the order prior to delivery. Will not be ordering from them again. I have to say the person who answered the phone this evening was extremely apologetic and very polite.

Update: I decided to give them another chance... and turns out the workers have bed bugs... The place is filthy... and I definitely do not recommend it!

Ordered 2 Medium Poutines tonight... Delivery Driver was a bit rude... and got what looks like 2 smalls and not medium poutines!....in my opinion, it's a smaller amount than what it use to be. The quantity and quality aren't worth the price or the hour wait! The food was cold! The fries were hard... just horrible!

Not to mention 5$ for extra cheese or extra gravy...? Really?

Talk about inflation much!

I tried this place for the first time tonight, I ordered the "Owliginal" 6 oz Burger, the B.L.T., jalapeno poppers, pizza rolls, and deep fried pickles. my delivery came on time and was friendly. The burger was great as well as the B.L.T. the fried foods were also good but nothing special, no complaints though, as they were still not bad. will be coming back to try the poutine and might film and post my experience. I recommend this place as it isnt very expensive and the quality of my order was good.

Update: Second Time Order, Takeout/Pick up, 4 star. We received a call from Tiffany’s a few hours after I left my first review and received apologies and a credit. We went back to Tiffany’s for the second time and ordered take out and the food was well made and the service was excellent. My son’s poutine was 100% better this time and looked amazing. He was very happy with his tasty Wam Bam Poutine. The medium wings I had were great and the small poutines ordered had the perfect amount of cheese and gravy. Thank you for making up for the mistakes and taking the time to call and apologize. Your kindness is appreciated.

I still recommend that people take out/pick up their orders to avoid poor delivery drivers. I am told that the delivery drivers are not associated with some of the food businesses in town.

First time Order, One Star, Delivery. I had to make my own gravy for the chicken poutine and the chicken was very dry/over cooked. My son’s poutine was also cold and lacking gravy/sauce. The customer service was very poor. The delivery driver was very rude and disrespectful. We waited about an 1 hr 1/2 to get our food and the driver still expected to be tipped for her poor service and attitude.

(Sat Dec 7). First time ordering from Tiffany's, got wam bam large. took over an hour to get our food and it was barely warm, hardly any sauce. Not only that but the delivery service was unprofessional, rude and did not fulfill the duties as a delivery agent properly. Always ask customers if they want a receipt and allow customers to make sure the order is correct.
Also not making remarks or excuses for poor service goes a long way.

(Sunday Dec 8) Ordered medium wam bam poutine and picked up today I must say was way better than yesterday. More gravy, food was hot and service was good but I would still stay clear of getting delivery.

Just ordered a poutine, food was made quick, tastes amazing, and the delivery driver was very respectful and honestly a amazing dude, your delivery driver deserves props 🙂

they used to have the best poutine in town (in my opinion) but they changed their fries and now their always soggy or uncooked it’s gross. used to love their poutine but now i’ll never order from here again

I been getting my Poutine form here for ever. Well today ends that. I got A LG poutine and a burger. Well The Poutine the frys are Raw. Like not even cooked. 33$ for a Lg poutine and a hamburger. That went right into the Garbage.
