Excellent Store with Great Service!

The Tile Shoppe is one of the best places I’ve visited for tiles and home renovation materials. They have a huge variety of designs, all modern and high-quality. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse and find what you’re looking for.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — they really guide you in making the right choice. Prices are fair and the overall experience was smooth and satisfying. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Absolutely outstanding experience at The Tile Shop!
The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. A special shoutout to Phil – he is simply phenomenal! His expertise, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. I’ve been to many tile stores, but this one truly stands out. It’s hands down the best tile store I’ve ever visited. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely be coming back!

Having a great experience at Tile Shoppe! Great variety, good quality (recommended by contractor), reasonably priced. Very attentive and flexible service from Fay, like you can text/call on a personal phone! We also had to return some tiles and we got 70% refund even though it was non refundable.

Mel served us as soon as we entered. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He has been in the tile industry for a long time and knows what he is talking about. It is some what refreshing dealing with a sales person who knows all about what they are selling. Prices are great.

My husband and I were renovating our rental property and needed flooring and bathroom tile. We met Phil from the Tile Shoppe in Concord and had such a great experience. Phil was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He helped us and was patient when we were unsure. I would highly recommend him and have to friends in family.
