Staff was friendly and work hard to satisfy the customer needs.
Food quality and taste is really good.

I would give this Tim Horton’s 10 stars! It is a lovely and well-maintained place, and the staff were exceptionally friendly to everyone and very diligent. Suman was so kind and accommodating, she had an iced pumpkin spice latte made for me even though that isn’t technically on the menu! The drink was perfect. And we all thought the food was excellent quality and tasted amazing! Thank you for an exceptional lunch at Tim Horton’s for me and my family!

It’s a shame that I have to give the service and atmosphere 1 star when I would like to give them absolutely none. This morning in the drive through I was rushed by the staff, to put my cards away, to collect my order and while I was in the car tasting my coffee to ensure they had added the espresso shot I paid for, they told me I had to leave because I was messing up their customer timer. The funny thing is that no one was behind us at the time. Sure enough they messed up my order.
They should focus on customer service before their own stats it’s a pretty simple concept.

The drive through, loves to hold you at the order speaker until the vehicle in front is gone. They delay to the absolute most painfulness just so they can have your order ready before you get to the window… all for their time clock. If you drive up there before they’re ready they will ask you to go park in front even if no one is behind you at all, just because they’re on the timer. Check a bunch of the 5 star reviews and who wrote them and you’ll see that they have one thing in common with the staff here…
