They get two stars. Walked in. No workers in sight. No assistance when I was struggling to find varnish and no acknowledgement when a worker seen us. Had to yell for service to pick up a window.

Just called and a lady answered very ignorant when I tried to ask if she can get my flooring ready as it was just delivered off the truck, didn’t let me talk or answer my question.

Everytime I come the staff are not very welcoming or always seem to busy to talk to you. Usually waiting around for someone to help you. Only a few good people work here and they are the ones working in their offices.

Beware.
September called about the price of 2x4, said I was on my way . Drove 155km.
Out of stock! Not one 2x4 at the lumber store. Weak customer service .
Young fellow loading lumber was nice enough.
Goto Peace or Edmonton for my lumber now.

I went to the store a few times. It's hit and miss. I just went there today. The young guy is very useless. Lazy , and a very bad attitude. I will not be shopping there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone to show up there

I arrived 20 minutes before closing time then spent about 15 minutes looking for things then was asked “are you done yet we are now closed” instead of “is there anything we can help you with” like a normal store. Terrible environment don’t recommend to anyone much better off going to Canadian tire which is where I’ll be spending my money from now on.

I was taken aback by the store manager's comments. As I wandered through the store, casually browsing and selecting a few items, I overheard him instructing the staff to keep an eye on me, assuming I might steal. Despite wearing a $500 Colombian jacket that should have indicated I had the means to pay, I was unjustly labeled as a thief. When I confronted him, he awkwardly tried to backtrack, pretending he had mistaken me for someone else.
