Had an oil change booked called 48 hours in advance to cancel due to a snowstorm. Jose helped me on the phone told me she couldn’t get me in that same week or at the 9 AM timeslot I had but offered the following Monday at 10:30 AM for an appointment Showed up for the appointment My name was nowhere to be found in the book. They told me they fit me in during the day, but we’re unable to give me a ride to where I lived. I declined to get fit in as I did have an appointment. I was told by José bro I’m fitting you in. Told her I didn’t wanna sit around and wait to be fit in especially seeing as I couldn’t get a ride back home booked my third attempt for next week see what happens or if I’m blamed again as Joce alleged. My appointment was the very next day after my cancellation so I guess in ending I’ll try and be better and show up when Hyundai expects me to regardless of previously booked appointments absolutely be beside myself. I was called bro by customer service.

Front passenger control arm needed replaced and they fixed it in a quick and timely fashion. Bill was even a bit cheaper than the original quote plus they washed and even cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Great service!

I needed to have my vehicle looked at. There was a rattling. The service desk quickly made an appointment for me at a time and day thst was best for me. When I took it in, they greeted me by name and were very friendly. I waited for my vehicle. It was repaired in a decent amount of time and I was also happy to see they took the time to wash my vehicle as well. It looked brand new. I always have a great experience with this dealership and especially the service desk. I highly recommend them.

I brought my Tucson in for a routine oil change. Great service center staff. Josee was informative and on the ball as were the other ladies! I appreciated the mechanic pointing out that the cabin and engine filter were dirty and if I wanted them changed. Also noticed 2 other parts that needed changing and were done under warranty. They even gave it a wash. 100% satisfied. Keep up the great work Timmins Hyundai
