Had a very poor experience with the MANAGER of the store. After being told from another location that they would accept my brand new, tags on, shirt in exchange for store credit (Seeing as how it was just over the return window) i went in person to the Vaughan Mills location. A very HELPFUL SALES ASSOCIATE helped me pick out 5 great shirts. When it came time for the exchange, this particular manager told me she wouldn't honour it for return or exchange because it was past the window. I pleaded my case, explaining that i was told otherwise, am buying several others shirts, shop there regularly, and also literally pointed out that the shirt i was returning was still being stocked! To no avail--which is fair i guess. However, it was the rudeness and smugness the manager had which really left the bad taste in my mouth...she couldn't care less as she shrugged me off and walked away again claiming there is nothing she, the STORE MANAGER could do. Not a great way to do business with repeat customers.

Outstanding Service, came in to get a new suit for work and I was treated like a king by Jastej. Phenomenal service excellent knowledge of sizing and was able to assist with same day tailoring. Management you should take notice of this hardworking employee and promote him or give him a raise.

Worse than Worse customer service I ever had in my entire life. I visited Vaughan Mill location and tried one sweater then she refused me to try second one and asked are you gonna buy all these, if you will buy then you can try, she humiliated me. When I approached to another representative, she also defended her colleague and walked away. I felt so stressed and embarrassed I couldn't buy anything from another stores as well. Management should keep humble and skilled associates to represent their brand. Will never walk Tip Top in entire life.

The gentleman Nabil was wonderful to deal with. He recommended just the right things to my dad, and made my whole family feel comfortable. He knew when to give us space, and when we were ready, he got to work. My dad was picky, but Nabil didn’t give up. This was such an easy shopping experience that we were in and out quicker than imagined. Thank you Nabil! We were very impressed.
