Very disappointed today at the two men who were working between the hours of 1pm and 2pm. We came in to buy dress shirts for my boyfriend for our Christmas parties, we have been customers in the past and always had better service when spending more and buying full suits, but of course the one day we only need shirts everything seemed to be such a bother. We only made them unfold three shirts to try and we bought two of them, plus socks. They had the steamer out so I asked when purchasing if they could please steam the shirts as they were badly wrinked from packaging and display. They both looked unimpressed and one actually had said "you know you can wash these at home and they'll come right out, right?" In a tone. I was kind of taken back, but just tried to say politely that the party is tonught and we don't have time? To which all I got was "Yeah, I guess". I then asked how long it'd take, he said only 10-15 minutes. I should also mention the store was completely empty.. The entire interaction they never were friendly, it seemed like we were more of a bother than anything. Won't be returning. I worked retail for years, it isn't meant for everyone. I get the holidays are busy but for god sakes they didn't even try to be remotely friendly.

Extremely disappointed in the service I have received from this location. I have never had issues in the past but this most recent string of incidents has left a bitter taste and I need express just how dissatisfied I am as a client. I don't want to go into painstaking detail about my ordeal but suffice to say, I feel as though the agents I have dealt with have been condescending and have left me embarrassed to even enter the store. I have been made to wait an extraordinary amount of time with little to no updates on my issues and there has been absolutely no resolution for the reason I initially visited. I have tried to remain positive and give them benefit of the doubt in the majority of situations and they continue to let me down. In a small town like Timmins, there aren't a lot of options, but at this point, I would rather take my chances with online shopping over giving this location even a brief whiff of my time. Would absolutely not recommend this location and would urge you to shop elsewhere. In a world where retail shops are dwindling due to online sales, the only saving grace when I shop local is an expectation of customer service and I don't believe this store understands that.
