Tried this pet food with our dog and cat. Both were on expensive food before and had no problems (science diet). After we switched to TLC our dog had chronic ear infections, skin issues, and paws were always inflamed. Which became an expensive vet bill (before we only had to go for shots and annual check ups) Also our cat was shedding more than she ever did, scratching herself, and her coat wasn’t as soft as it was on the other food. We believe our dog is allergic to the food because symptoms went away as soon as we changed foods. Loved the fact that the food was a cheaper option than most. Unfortunately the food wasn’t great for our animals but doesn’t mean it isn’t for others.

I’m disappointed in the customer service I received at TLC. The website only allows us to purchase two bags together (2x15lb) for $84. I have a mini poodle 18lb. Customer service said unfortunately they only sell two bags together and that I can’t purchase 1 bag... not even in person (Since I’m in Ontario, I could have driven by and picked up a bag).

Now, the first bag is almost finished. I went to open the second bag but it’s expired. I called customer service, they will not exchange the bag but informed me on a trial basis… even though it’s not on the website, I can purchase 1 bag from them over the phone. I came online to write this review and noticed other customers have been in similar situations. I would not recommend buying from them online. It’s better to purchase at a local pet store or vet.

Over 12 years now!! That is how long my beautiful old girls have been on TLC!! They are the picture of perfect health and my vet had communicated several times over the years just how healthy they are. They came home from the breeder at 8-10 weeks old on this food and they will see the rainbow bridge on this food. Thank you TLC for providing a superior, affordable pet food.

Over the weekend I accidentally ordered puppy food instead of adult food, so I emailed customer service.. Monday morning at 8:30 I received an email that the order was cancelled and a refund would be issued within a day or two. 24 hrs later I received my money back and have my proper order arriving today. Amazing customer service and they ship next day normally.

TLC is a wonderful pet food company. They make cat and dog food! I’ve used them for many years for my black labs. Their coats were so shiny I’ve received many compliments. Or should I say the labs did! Great delivery right to my door. I’d call one day and my food was at my door the best day! A fine company!

These people know what customer service is all about. Old school. Very hard to find these days. As far as the quality of dog food goes, it is excellent and my little chihuahua has started to eat it. Unlike the other five brands we've tried. I was starting to get worried until my freind and neighbor gave me a sample of TLC. Very happy with the product.

It's been four years now since I switched to TLC. It was an easy process to set up an account and the staff were very helpful. It's healthy for my dog and having it delivered is a time saver for me.

When we brought our puppy home at 8 weeks, he had already started on TLC puppy food/kibble. He loves it, as well as the dog biscuits. We love the product as it's very natural and has no fillers, or grains. Delivery is very quick and right to the door. No issues. Highly recommend.
