Seems like most things are a little pricey but I could be unaware of certain items value and speaking from ignorance. However I will say with what I know about knives, they're being a bit upsold for sure.
Nice coin section and the staff was super eager to answer questions and have a discussion, didn't seem in any rush to move on or just get me out of the store which is always nice.

Dude behind the counter was a bit of a prick with an utterly demeaning attitude. Snickering with his coworker at the additional information I had about the items I brought in, while making needless remarks like “I barely want it” , “did you just say ____” with a cocky smirk on his face. Found it very difficult to get anywhere with him, as he seemed to carry the snide demeanour like he was dealing with “a little kid” or a “drug addict” . Professionalism goes a long way when running a business, and frankly this man lacked any whatsoever. After the transaction I looked around briefly, but decided I didn’t want to give these guys anymore money then their gross attitudes seem to signify they have over their sellers/buyers. I’d suggest visiting any other pawn/hock shop beforehand, as I guarantee you’ll have a better experience, than leaving the establishment feeling ridiculed for nothing. 2 stars because they have some cool stuff, if you’re willing to put up with the douchebaggery (:

I visit here every once and a while, the staff is always friendly and you can find some pretty cool items. I usually go for the video games and vinyl records. I've sold a few things here too and they always give me a fair price.

Great! Purchased some electronics from them a while ago. They allowed me to test it in-store to confirm it was in working order, and several months later the equipment is still going strong. The prices listed were reasonable to start, and they even offered a bit of slack on the total price after I had everything I was looking for. The guys are friendly and funny. It's a great place to check out, even if you just wanna waste some time.

Edit: 4 years later, the place hasn't changed. Same great people, same great selection. It's a habit now of stopping in every couple of weeks just to check out what goes in and comes out.

Great customer service; very friendly. They don't get annoyed when you try to make a deal and in fact they have lowered the price for me on various items. Definitely recommend.
