Updating to say that a year later this continues. Dear Tokyo Smoke: it’s supposed to be what you sell, not a wish list. Thankfully a little bluebird nearby had what you only said you did.

Whoever is in charge of the accuracy of the website shouldn’t be anymore. They never have what the website says.

That said, the staff are always friendly when they say “sorry we don’t have that in stock”.

Always has a “back in __ minutes” sign. I wouldn’t post something like this but this is the 5th time I’ve came and seen a note within the past 2 weeks. Waste of time.

I went here for my first time after eating the greasiest fish n chips at Digby’s. Kats and Mia, I think their names are, were very helpful in assisting my friend and me in choosing some gummies. We all had a great conversation for about 20 minutes. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had in awhile. They were honest, informative and kind. Thank you Kat’s and Mia!!!

A decent shop but not very professional. I arrived and was called in from the desk. There were five people behind the desk. One was crocheting and the other was sitting on her phone. The other three were actually working. I don't know if the two girls sitting actually worked there or if they were just there to hang out, but either way, it was really unprofessional. It made me feel like I was buying from someone's house and not a legit shop. They also didn't have any of the edibles I was looking to buy. The guy behind the counter made some recommendations which helped but it was disappointing they didn't have any of the brand I was looking for. Last time I came here the girl behind the counter was vaping from a pen with the cannabis alert sticker on it so she was obviously getting high while working. I'm only giving it as many stars as I am because the staff is at least nice. I probably won't come back.
