Amazing customer service and very easy to deal with. Came from London(about 3 hours with light traffic one way) and thankfully it was worth it. If you know used car dealerships, it's very hit and miss with who you deal with. Glad I found this shop

I had an amazing experience with this company
They helped me out with o really good price and even came in the middle of a snowstorm to show me the vehicle on a holiday weekend .
Even three or four months later when I needed to replace the lightbulb in the tailgate, he did the installation for me

I wanted to share a review of Toronto Auto Depot, and specifically Sadat, who was amazing to deal with. I am really happy with my new-to-me Subaru Outback, but most importantly, I am leaving this review to echo other positive reviews. Sadat was very easy to communicate with, and despite being very busy, he took the time to answer all of my questions over the course of a few days, and made me feel at ease. He was trustworthy, and did all of the things I asked to be done to the vehicle, and ensured that the car I received was in good shape. Due to a part being required from Subaru that took a few days to arrive, I didn't get my car for a week after I bought it, but he informed me along the way of the delay, and was very accommodating, bringing the car to me at quite a distance, and also making sure I was satisfied all the way along. I am very happy with the outcome, and would highly recommend visiting the dealership if you are looking for a good later model vehicle. I have bought used later model cars for the past 20 + years, and this was by far the best experience to date. I am sure I will return the next time I am looking for a used vehicle.

Never ever buy anything from here. I bought a rav4 from here. Used it 2 months and wanted trade it on another dealership. Guess what? Because of their mechanic, the front license plate isnt come out and i have to wait for a mechanic to break it. This is how they work on vehicles. Do not buy anything from there. Trash.
