Although the staff were great, the store itself and 90% of the clothes in it presented like a thrift shop. A lot sizes unavailable and limited stock. Do better Torrid!

The ladies in the store made me feel super welcome and comfortable, and they were super helpful when it came to helping me out with bras and sizing! I’m always nervous when shopping for bras as i’ve been told at other retailers that they don’t carry my size which makes me feel not great about myself, but the ladies at this location were incredibly friendly and I will definitely be back when I am in Sudbury!

I’ve always loved Torrid and I love that we now have our own location as well. Staff are always super polite and helpful. Prices are great for clothes that’ll last you a lifetime. I’ve rarely ever had an issue with them. For sure my favorite clothing store.

Love this new store! Staff is friendly & the atmosphere is very inviting! Was greeted immediately by the associate even though she was busy with another customer, still made me feel very welcome! Unfortunately I was on a break so did not have time to make any purchases this visit, but will definetely be back when I have more time!

Horrible customer service. No one greeted me once I came into the store. Walked around the store twice before someone asked if i needed help. Spoke with a manager asking about the 40% off all jeans. Since I looked it up before coming in store to purchase 7-8 pairs of jeans. She replied stating that I had the states website. I told her I am looking at the Sudbury torrid website right now purchase 7-8 pairs of jeans that are 40% off all styles of jeans.
She told me that was not a deal at the store. I explained that on the website it states 40% off all jeans online and in store. I pulled up the website and showed her step by step of the torrid Sudbury location store online website but she continued to disagree with me saying it was a “states thing”. And showing her the proof of the deal online of in store 40% off all jeans. After getting some dirty looks by her co workers all she had to say was “sorry about that”. After spending 20 minutes in the store showing her proof of the sale. This is not okay.
