I am so glad we waited to look at one more store before we bought an aquarium. Tyler and Debbie you guys are amazing! I never thought I would be able to have a planted tank, Tyler answered all my questions and they are thriving. Their unbiased knowledge about everything in the store is insane, you have a question? They absolutely have an answer. They asked a lot of questions, as we were just starting out, to find us the perfect tank. The appointment was amazing, we didn't feel rushed , and were given pros and cons for everything. We will absolutely be returning for all our future aquatics needs!

Edit: To my surprise we already have baby shrimp! Thank you again for all the information about them!

I have been meaning to write this review for years! I first visited Total Aquatics about 5 years ago when I was building my first tank. I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was. The next time I visited I couldn't believe they had already remembered me by name. Over the years I have really enjoyed coming here for interesting products, aquarium advice and just to catch up on life, as Debbie, Tyler and Derek really became my wonderful "fish family".

Unfortunately, life has been so busy and I haven't been in the area during business hours, so it's been close to a couple of years since I've stopped in. This Saturday I popped by- they were SO extremely busy, yet still made time to greet me (by name!), ask how things were and help with what I was looking for. In a world where customer service is just about dead, this family owned business is a true gem! Wonderful people, and great selection of products/fish. Highly recommend!

Needed a few things and happened to be in town, walked up to the door full of signage about appointments. Might be a great store but having to book appointments to go inside means I'll purchase my supplies elsewhere.

Knowledgeable staff, great service and an excellent website to allow for planning from home along with updated online stock availability and great weekly sales! Total Aquatics provides an awesome experience for marine aquarists from new to the hobby to experienced-I highly recommend!

This place is an absolute gem! Tyler is extremely knowledgeable in both plants and fish. Debbie is is wonderful to work with and talk to. Anything they do not have, just ask and it can be ordered for you. Over all customer experience is one of the best I have experienced in years. They receive clients on an appointment basis, which allows for unparalleled one to one customer interaction. This is our new go to place for everything aquarium related.
