Absolutely love this store! I come here often and it is always clean and super organized, which makes it easy to find what I need or browse.

All employees here are polite and helpful. The lead, Emma, is always very welcoming and is great at making recommendations for products that best suit your hair type. You can walk in here having no idea what to use, and walk out with so much info and knowledge!

I stopped into the shop this morning looking for a specific product, the young lady working was super helpful. Trade Secrets does not carry the brand I was looking for, but she went online to check the product to see if she had anything in stock that would be comparable. She made multiple suggestions and generally made what was a disappointing morning much more pleasant. I will definitely be back!

My niece and I popped I to trade secrets in Tanger yesterday. Both of us have unruly hair but different textures.
Mine heavy and frizzy, my niece thin and wave curl.
I have never been able to achieve the curls I want, no matter the product.
The sales girl (I wish I knew her name but her hair was wavy but naturally curly) was so helpful, she knew exactly what we needed and gave us some “trade secrets” on how to apply (quantity and expert tips).

We couldn’t wait to get home to give it a go and both of us can’t believe how fantastic our hair looks.

Such great service! I had went earlier the week before to get some information on hair products as it’s been a while since I’ve purchased new product. I got multiple great recommendations for a wavy product for my hair, a heat protectant, and leave-in conditioner. The employee (Emma) was able to give multiple options with a variety of price ranges for eat product as well as being able to explain the pros and cons for each product she recommended! The wave product did not do what I had hoped (after using it one time) and I took it back today and got a no hassle exchange for something different! Not only was the employee EXTREMELY knowledgeable but was very friendly. Very good conversationalist. I was able to take advantage of their BOGO 50% and found their prices to be in line with other hair retailers in the mall.

As a bonus they have TONS of hair accessories. I also picked up a few hair clips and ponytails while I was in today.

She recommended me something base on my hair type and it really helped. She was very nice and professional and im glad she was there to assist. Went to Trade Secrets in the tanger mall recently and had a really good experience!! The store is bright and spotless. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. The lady working helped me pick out a new shampoo and conditioner that I'm absolutely in love with!! Also, you must try the WOW dream coat spray, it is amazing!!! Makes my hair feel like glass. The Milkshake purple shampoo works awesome too! 10/10 recommend going here!
