There are so many ways that Hank has setup to help you get your prescriptions filled, such as uploading your requests ahead, refills via his website and others. His attention to detail and experience, are exceptional as well. His shop is not on routes that I typically travel due to my work, so I do have to make a special trip, but it is absolutely worth it.

Love this pharmacy! Best in town! Hank is trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly, everything you want in a pharmacist. Plus, you aren’t just a number here! Now this was amazing. Hank received a prescription from our Neurologist. He questioned the dosage. As it turn out he was 100% right to do so.

The Doctors office after multiple phone calls corrected the prescription and said she made a typo.

Thank god for Hanks personal attention to detail and knowing his stuff. Can you imagine if the prescription was completely wrong or far too much due to a typo? Could kill someone.

Hanks attention to detail and his personal service has been terrific. In an age of Shoppers Drug Mart where no one cares and you are but a number, Hanks IDA at Trail Capital stands out far above the crowd.

Went to Hank originally because he was the only one I find in Uxbridge who could do compounding for my daughters medications. So glad I found him! He is the best. He is so caring, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and goes above and beyond to help you and your medical needs. I'd never go to anyone else ever again.
