Go Figure. The best thing I purchased all year and never wrote the review. Wayne and Jeff Thanks so much for your time answering all my questions. Purchasing and doing the paper work on-line was smooth. The delivery service (R&L Carriers) was on time put the crate where I wanted it. I live in the USA.
The TRAX X2 is great looking and rock solid. I use it to move a boat from the garage to the street and back to the garage on an inclined driveway. No problem here. I am most impressed on how you can navigate the unit. From a crawl to get put of my way mode the X2 tracks straight at any speed. Yet, the unit is a Beast with Surgical Control. I know the neighbors watch and say REALLY! Yes, it is a whole lot of fun to operate every time.
The charging system for both the hand held unit and the trailer mover itself are well designed.
I store the TRAX X2 under the boat when not in use.
You get what you pay for! 100% Happy.

I am so glad I paid the extra money and purchased my Trax X2 beast. Wayne and Jeff were easy to work with and it was so exciting when it arrived and I watched Waynes install video. I was first interested in one of Trailer Valet's RXR units, but all the negative reviews kept me away from them. Spend the extra money and buy the X2 and you'll never look back. P.S. I used the 12 volts from the unused 7 pin plug to light up my trailer lights if I'm moving it at night.

WONDERFUL! Received my X2 remote control power dolly about October of 2022. A real WORK HORSE. I use it to move a variety of both large (over 30 feet long and over 14,000 pounds gross weight) and small boat and camper RVs on gravel surfaces. X2 is small enough to maneuver into and within tight spots--much easier than using tractors/skid steers. Service/sales has been very prompt in getting new and replacement parts & accessories to me (in Wisconsin). My unit is used in spring and fall for seasonal storage : about 30 working (moving) hours over its first 7 months. Yes, I would buy it again!

I bought a TRAX GT8000 so that I could move my Outdoors RV trailer Model 21 RBS into and out of my shop. The dolly is solid as a rock!

I can see getting many years of reliable service out of this unit.

I value excellence in customer service, manufacturing and truth in advertising.

You get it all with a TRAX dolly. Jeff and team are knowledgeable, honest and treat customers they way they would expect to be treated, that’s as good as it gets!

If you’re looking for all around excellence, in product and support you’ll find it with a TRAX product.

I’ll post again in a month or so when I move my Lund boat around as well!

I somehow misplaced the Turnbuckle on my GT8000 and I called Trax to order a replacement part. I was very impressed - I received the part the next day. Great Job by Customer Service.

Jeff and the team at TRAX are top shelf. Buying process was uncomplicated and they were very helpful. The machine does exactly as they say. It pulls my 8000 pound toy hauler around with without any effort.

I buy/sell boats and Jetski’s and was looking for ways to save my energy and put less stress on my back when I found powered trailer dollys. I was initially nervous about buying a trax system due to the higher price than a comparable harbor freight electric dolly.

After using this dolly daily for about a year and a half I can easily say it has paid for itself many times over.

The design is excellent and it is very helpful for maneuvering in tight space’s.

I called them recently (over a year after purchase) to trouble shoot a loose chain and they walked me through the steps to fix it and were extremely accommodating. These guys are only selling a product worth buying!

Considering the usage my dolly has endured I’d say these things are practically bullet proof.

Thank you to the trax team for making a useful product that is saving my back!!
