Tried to shop local for a new appliance for my new home and well Tred Appliances failed on me. The enter action with Megan was good everything was going smoothly. Ordered up my appliance and waited about a week and did a follow up call to see when it was coming so I could book time off work. Well I am sure glad I phone them cause they told me the unit I wanted is some how out of stock. I was baffled as to how that could be as there was 27 units available upon ordering? Needless to say there would of been an additional wait period before it would show up and I wasn't about to wait another 10 days on top of the 8 I already had. What really grinds my gears is there was no follow up phone call to tell me this was the case. And there was no making it right or anything they did to make me line up with a different unit for same due date. Happy 50th Anniversary Tred Appliance was hoping to do business with you but had to go elsewhere...

There was a delay in receiving a special ordered part for my oven. Turns out that wasn’t the issue after all. They quickly found the necessary relay (right in Brooks!) and came back in the afternoon to fix. Great service.
