The only reason I gave star is because of the excellent service I receive everytime I shop here. I have literally spent thousands over the years at this location. Finally decide to spend my "loyalty points" and wouldn't you know the one thing I wanted .. soft glass bong... wasn't available not because they were sold out...nope because they weren't shipped all components needed to assemble them. Very disappointing! You should always have loyalty products available or allow substitutions of equal value. If this issue is resolved in a timely manner and professionally then I will be more than happy to change my rating and review. UPDATE! I have changed my review thank you very much for reaching out and addressing the issue. The staff are absolutely amazing at this location and fully deserve the 5 stars all on their own. I do appreciate that the company is addressing issue and I'm glad I could help to improve the experience for all.

The staff is great, it's the product I'm taking issue with, just got the "crondizzle" on the website it promises 47-49%
My crondizzle is 38% that's a 9-11% difference I wouldn't have ordered it had I known it was a lie.

I have been buying weed from these guys for years now. You know, there is nothing really unique about any weed store because they all carry the same stuff.
The difference is the staff. Always kind and helpful, John is an exemplary staff member with a genuine care for his customers. 5 stars is earned because of his consistent positive attitude.

Guy selling thought he was a big shot and wouldn't sell me anything becusee I had smoked already that day.. absolute joke maybe your beginners up here but in the 3 years ive been going to weed stores ive nevrr had that issue come up.. that guy shouldn't be working in a place he clearly doesn't understand.

Awesome store! This True North store is in a fantastic location by Midland's waterfront... And it's across the street from Midland's amazing bowling ally... A trip to TNCC before bowling makes the evening a lot more chill and fun!

As a new customer who recently relocated to Gravenhurst from a large city knew that finding a local dispensary as good as the one I was leaving wasn't going to be easy. After checking a few out I found True North. I found the one! From my first step in the store I received nothing short of exemplary service and was met with a huge smile and a kind voice. John is his name and I have been a regular customer since. Primarily because of John. He's a master in customer service and always knowledgeable and accommodating...
