I’ve been going to True North for the last few months out of convenience, pretty lacklustre and to be honest very little selection you more or less get whatever they give you. This evening I was running low and checked Google for the store hours, google stated the store is open till 10pm so I left the house arriving at the store at 9:30pm to find a closed. They actually did me a solid because by closing early and disappointing me. I decided to try the place around the corner and it’s absolute fire!!! 10 times the selection with a wider range of quality and they even had the hard to find strain that I’ve asked multiple times for at True North.
Sorry to say just like that you’ve lost a customer I hate when a business wastes my time.

Have been in a few times and love it! Very clean. The staff are always lovely. I do think they could back off a little bit sometimes but it’s a small intimate space so i can understand why they might not. Interactions are quick and easy. I’m always happy with what is recommended to me and employees always make me feel welcome. The energy is great as well. Probably my new main spot!

This isn’t exactly a review on this store, but more the corporation that runs it. What kind of cannabis store doesn’t do deals on 420 Not a promotional special in sight, nor any mention of the day. You would think from a good business standpoint that this day would be an opportunity to bring in lots of customers. The only “deal” was an offer of 10% off infused drinks. Thank you for not even covering the tax 😉

Zero complaints on the staff, cleanliness of the store, or selection though. The GREED and lack of connection with the community done so by a corporate entity is my reason for complaint.

~ Point proven. Why offer everyone deals when you can save a lot more by rewarding 1 person, pooled from 50 stores.

Took a ride to True North Cannabis Store because my friend recommended them. I spoke with this young lady at the store whom was very helpful. She taught me things I didn't know about some of the products how they work and what they are all for. The store was clean, lots of room and the staff is very good. Loved my visit and I recommend the same. Everyone must try this place out.

Wow I just love love love this store absolutely beautiful!! The staff were all so very friendly and knowledgeable and the selection is great I very much look forward to making this my new go to shop!! Well worth the trip out ?
