I used to have to do my research to find the best price for what I wanted. Then I found TN, and now I know I'm getting the best price. The staff are super helpful, nice and knowledgeable. When I ask questions and opinions, they don't just push the staff picks, certain brands, or feed me some BS to sell a certain product. They actually listen to what I am looking for and make an appropriate suggestion. They have always hit it right on the head with what they offer me. The best place in Niagara by far!

I visit true north often and always receive the best service from Brittany, she is so kind and so helpful. I always look forward to our conversations when I come in the store. She is one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

Been coming here for about a year. From always being out of stock, being told they wont be ordering more, to the card machines always being down and I have to stand there for over 10 minutes for them to work. It's been an issue for months, they don't seem to care to fix it the machines or the poor stock issue because it's evertime. Only reason I went here is they open at 9, Don't waste your time here.

Don't buy else where before checking here, best prices around. Friendly knowledgeable staff and great prices and selection. I love the look they gave the building on the inside and outside as well. You will end up spending more if you shop anywhere else.

I went in today to collect some points and indulge in some chronic .
However the point system wasn’t working. when I say Christa and Brittany did everything possible to help me , I truly mean it.

Stopped by today for the very first time. Prices are fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly. We got a great recommendation. I love the atmosphere to. Unfortunately my friend is very scent sensitive so that was hard for her but it is a really nice smell just strong. We will be back for sure 🙂
