Every time I’m travelling through Kamloops, I stop in to visit this store. There are usually a few good clearance deals. More importantly, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My friend and I visited on the afternoon of July 17, asking about paddleboarding opportunities in the area, and the staff (whose names I didn’t get) discussed ideas with us and gave a suggestion that worked out very well. I would strongly recommend this store not only because it is well equipped, but because of the good customer service.

Awful experience buying from this seller in Amazon. Highly discourage buying from them. Not only I had to pay the shipment of the product but I had to pay to return it, despite it was not mentioned anywhere that the return of the product would have been at my own expense and the page was only mentioned that the return was eligible within 30 days. When I contacted the seller, they completely dissociated from any responsibility and stopped replying to any of my following messages.
Customer service was not helpful at all.

The best shop in Kamloops for serious outdoor adventure gear. Locally owned and operated, the staff tend to be enthuseists with a good knowledge of what they carry. Not much competition left after Atmosphere moved up to Sport Chek with a smaller footprint but this is always our first stop for specialty clothing, footwear and gear.

Not sure how I didn’t know about this store until today but sure glad I found it! What a great selection of high quality items and the young guy Christian who helped us out was particularly knowledgeable, well spoken and really listened to what we needed. Unfortunately the items we were looking for were not available in a size we needed (bit late in the season) I will be coming back again soon.

First time, I'd ordered gaiters from them through Amazon and second time I ordered winter boots through their websites. I've been happy with their quality service, fast deliveries and the care they provide for their customers. BTW, thank you Erica for you cool note 🙂 actually I'm enjoying the hikes! Thank you!
