My SA Nupur is the best SA I could ask for, she answered all my questions and search for the products that I want and keep an eyes for products that fit my needs! Over the years I have bought several pieces of TUMI luggage. In my opinion this is the best location to find a great deal. On top of it - very professional and knowledgeable personnel that genuinely trying to solve your problems ( I had a gift card that didn't work). Great friendly management.

Tumi is a great product but the customer service of Tumi especially Vaughan Mills Tumi outlet is PATHETIC. It is one of the WORST and DISGUSTING customer service I have ever seen across any store. I gave my bag belt under warranty for minor repair (stitch came out) and I was told that I will get it back within 2 weeks and now it is more than 4 weeks and still I have not got the belt. I have to call them multiple times to request for my belt and the funniest part is - their representative shamelessly tells that I can myself go to their repairmen and find out what is the status of my belt. They do not even bother to inform you about the delay instead when I called them multiple times they told that they will get back to me by end of the day and every day was the same story. I REGRET why did I bought Tumi bag OR why did I went to them for a small repair, instead I would have got this done through some repairmen by paying directly.

Everyone at the store were friendly and helpful. However, the staff are all new and didn’t know how to use the cash register so my purchase took at least 30 minutes to complete.

When I went to the retail shop to get my purchase monogramed they told me they couldn’t cause the model I had didn’t have the part for monogramming. I wish the staff at the outlet told me prior.

I’m happy with my new bag but I’ll most likely shop at a different location in the future.

Worst experience at Tumi. I originally came in during the start of my shopping trip here to inquire more about a bag, the first sales lady who was younger was quite nice and put the bag I wanted aside since I was planning on purchasing it as a last stop and didn’t want to carry it around the mall. When I arrived a new older Caucasian saleswoman was there, she had large blonde curls and was extremely rude and racist. As I was purchasing a bag she asked for my information and I asked if the system can recognise accounts internationally, she took it as if I can exchange it internationally. Firstly, she assumed I wanted to return it when that wasn’t my question and then proceeded to continue in such a disgusting tone. I asked her to check my boyfriends email as it’s his account we’ve purchased Tumi products with. After inputting it, she didn’t even say anything and proceeded to just ring up the product. We asked if she found the account and she just shrugged and said “I just made you one with the email”. That wasn’t our question and when I tried asking again if I can actually put this under my fathers name since he has an account in Canada, then she proceeded to mockingly say I can’t understand you. So I decided there that I’m not wasting anymore time or my money with this bitter and horrible woman. I left and have never felt so baffled by how terrible their customer service has been here. I’m definitely shopping with my SA in another country from now on.
