I was in a bind last week, I was about 1/2 hour outside The Pas and my jeep started shaking, and this was closer to 3:00 p.m. I walked into the dealership, and told the guy that was sitting at the service desk that I was from out of town, and told him my situation and ask if someone can look at my car. Without hesitation he accepted. Him and one of the mechanics looked at the car. Turned out my wheels were cake with mud so that was causing the shaking. I tried to offer to pay for their time but said no worries. He stated if the shaking continues to come back to the dealership but all was good. I made it back to the city without any problems.

Vehicle was delivered dirty, and delayed delivery. I had to reach out to them several times regarding the delays. There were errors on paperwork that were corrected eventually but cost me extra time and aggravation. So far only an apology and a paltry attempt made to rectify my experience. Also discovered an undisclosed issue on my brand new vehicle that I had to find out the hard way and a general manager who seems to have a difficult time returning a text or voicemail or answering a call. Look for a different place to do business with, save yourself the hassle. Update: A $1500 cash offer with strings attached. Non disclosure provisions, a complete release of liability and litigation is all they would offer pending a fake 5 star review. They don’t care about your experience, just their image.

Would give this place more stars if I could. Was on my way out of town for Christmas and on my way through the Pas my tire was low. Stopped in to twin and they took my vehicle and offered to look at it and filled it up and I was on my way again. They even offered a bowl of water for my dog. Everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend!!

It was outstanding. We were on a trip passing through and our brakes needed to be replaced. They fit us in first thing Monday morning and had us back on the road within 3 hrs.
