The staff at the clinic is great, they treated our dog with exceptional care at the end of his life. Having a conversation with Allycia on the phone put my mind at ease with having to make a difficult decision. All the staff were very friendly and compassionate towards our situation. Pricing was as expected for vet care, but it was worth it for our furry friend. The room that they had us in was very comfortable and calm, for having to say goodbye to our dog. It was dimly lit, with a towel and blanket ready. I would highly recommend Esterhazy vet clinic for pet care in the future.

I used to have great confidence in this vet until this past year. On March 17, 2025 I took my cat there as I suspected he had ingested a large amount of thread and maybe a needle on March 16th. On examination they found nothing. They did x-rays and kept him from the 17th to the 20th at which time they gave me some choices, exploratory surgery, transfer to saskatoon or euthenasia. I opted to bring him home and let him live out his days with those that love him. The bill was $1453.54. I brought him home - he was not eating or drinking so I was force feeding (I know horrible). On April 17 he started to expel thread. I called Twin Valley but the vet was away but they recommended that I saw a vet ASAP. I took him to another vet that, when I spoke with her said to prepare myself that he may need to be euthanized. Within minutes of her examining him she found that the thread was wrapped around his tongue. They sedated him and removed the thread (another 554.56) and kept him over night. I picked him up the next day and he immediately started to eat. The second vet had told me we weren't out of the woods yet as due to the length of time the thread may have adhered to his intestines/colon. He passed in my arms last night, June 9 2 and a half months after he had first been seen. Upon talking to a friend of mine (retired vet) she said the tongue was the first place they should have looked - I wish I had spoken with her before I took him to see anyone. I will not return to Twin Valley - my opinion they were negligent and overlooked something that I understand to be a routine check on suspected thread ingestion. A great deal of money spent and my baby is gone.

Staff all very friendly.
The first time I called about one of our Girls we got in early next day.👍 Justin was thorough and carried out diagnosis procedures, that had not been carried out,for a uti,we had visited an Emergency vet for in Regina, couple of months before.
They also called 3 times to check she was ok 👍👌🏼

We took our pet there for the very first time during an emergency. Not only was he well cared for, they even offered suggestions to save us money! We've been there for a few years now, and the service is always prompt and in the best interest of both pet and owner. This is such a nice change from other places we've been to.
