I've enjoyed several delicious burgers at Udderlee Kool over the years and they never disappoint. Supremely delicious smash burger - had another in August of 2025 and was compelled to leave a review it was so amazing. The burger is just beyond tasty. With a side of gravy, perfect for dipping the burger in that is 5/5 to be sure.

That said, the bun could do with some light toasting. And prompting for tip on takeout is pretty tacky. Like the prices certainly aren't cheap - it was well over $50 for two burgers, two fries, two gravy and drinks and you're pressuring me for another $10 like why. Food is expensive enough as it is. Don't pressure your customers to pay even more for basically nothing and then if they don't cough up this extra money have to worry that their meal is gonna be tampered with or worse. Just annoying all around experience just trying to pay for my meal. Flippin tacky guys, ITS TAKE OUT.

Customer service was great - I shared my concerns about allergens and the two girls at the counter were very helpful. The Tex Mex tacos were delicious! They also have a little store where you can buy supplies, groceries, coolers, candy, and more.

My husband and I were @ your restaurant Labour Day Monday… we had a terrible experience.
We ordered small poutine fries with gravy.
The service was terrible… they left the fries out on the counter ages before they served them.
Once we tried the fries I was shocked.
The poutine cheese curds were still frozen and the fries weren’t hot… after taking two
bites .
I then went and asked for our money back. We definitely will not be returning.
Also I believe I have food poisoning since the day after … I was extremely ill.

Very unhappy customers…

Delicious ice cream! Loved that they changed flavours on our different visits. We could try new ones. We planned to make only one stop but came back for a second one. Just a heads-up, you pay per weight for your scoops which I'd not experienced before and be ready for the Gen Z stare. They have a parking lot too and porta potty.

When in long point beach, try their ice creams, it’s really great! Apart from the long queue we loved everything there. Double chocolate, cheesecake, orange, key lime were my favourites, a few others were out of stock. The best thing & something new I witnessed was they weigh your ice cream and charge per ounce! It was $0.72 per ounce

Cold hot dogs and buns. Onion rings were ok. Definitely used old oil. The staff is unsanitary... the ice cream side was much cleaner. Won't be back.

Employees sitting on their phones instead of emptying out the trashcan full of wasps. Could not eat outside because the wasps were crazy from all the trash. Never seen them wash their hands before serving ice cream either. Overall dirty location, lazy staff.
