The bikes are well maintained and comfortable to ride, perfect for exploring the area. Staff are friendly, easygoing, and make the rental process smooth. I rented a bike here and had an awesome time riding around. Definitely a solid choice if you need a bike in town.

Fabulous 6 hours spent cycling from Ukee to Tofino and back. Bikes were great, the route was fantastic and the beaches to die for. A great service delivered with an infectious beaming smile

We reserved and thought we were renting Townie e-bikes, which we are familiar with, but we were given two different bikes to ride. When we reserved I expressed my concerns about the cleanliness of the helmets and was told they were disinfected and set in the sun after each rental. The bikes were ok after we got used to them although the seats left a lot to be desired. The pot helmets were both too large and the adjustment on the back of one was broken. When we returned the bikes I watched as the helmet was disinfected!!! One quick squirt of something into the helmet... Not wiped down at all. I went back to our Airbnb and immediately washed my hair 🤢. Would I rent from the company again? No.

Great place to rent these well-maintained bikes. My group of eight (8) adults paid about US $26 each for a 4-hour (non-motorized) bike rental. Friendly guy at Ukee Bikes loaned us helmets as well as two group bike locks in case we decided to long-term park our bikes. We rode through Ucluelet and then followed the standard paved bike path up and down some steep hills (I mostly walked the bike going uphill). The best part of the bike path was entering the forest and bicycling through the cool, shady, winding paths. Some of us turned around at the 4km marker on the bike path. Four hours is plenty of time.

Herzlichen Dank an Ukee Bikes für einen tollen Tag! Wir hatten 3 E-Bikes und ein normales Fahrrad gemietet. Vor dem Trip bekamen wir eine sehr freundliche und ausführliche Einweisung in die Räder. Der Trail nach Tofino ist wirklich sehr sehenswert - es geht durch den Regenwald und an sehr schönen Stränden vorbei, teilweise auch über sehr gut ausgebaute Holzstege. Genug Platz für alle und wunderbare Natur. Nach einer kurzen Rast am Cox Beach ging es wieder zurück und wir wurden erneut sehr freundlich bei Ukee Bikes empfangen. Sehr empfehlenswerter Radverleih!

A friend & I rented ebikes from Ukee to ride to Tofino & back. The owner (Louis?) gave us great advice on what level of assist to use to have enough juice to get back. The bikes were fairly new & well maintained. I love the little wood crates on the back with the water bottle holder. Really friendly, knowledgeable service. I'll definitely come back again!

Group of 8 came at the crack of open to a very sweet guy. He helped us with all of our bikes and had a sweet and patient manner.

So we did not make it through to the next city.
A few tips, make sure you bike it pumped all the way 😂.
Also if you’re not very active or not used to ride in up hills maybe spend more and get the e-bikes.

We (I) had a great time. We had a mixed group and of all ages and athletic styles. We were definitely tired and hungry. Luckily there were lots of places to eat nearby.
