It’s the little things that stand out. The place is always extremely clean. The grounds, the interior and the bathrooms. The staff actually knows everyone’s name. The price is reasonable and they allow tenants to run their businesses the way they need to be run. All of this makes for a friendly and inviting environment that all tenants can feel.

Very dialed-in business — super easy to book with, great customer service, solid promo pricing, and top-notch security. The lockers are really clean, and I like that there are lots of different sizes to choose from. Overall, I’m really happy I went with U-Lock Mini Storage. My only small complaint is that you have to pay for all three months upfront when signing up for the 3-month promo.

It started with a really good telephone helpdesk person who was very friendly and efficient. The same service was matched when I walked into the office and was greeted with two smiles and then was offered a coffee. The staff were super friendly and efficient and delivered excellent. service I have never seen at a storage location before. Got a great tour of the place and they answered all my questions. The place was super clean and tidy and shows a really well run operation with people who care for the place. The lockers were also super clean and modern and best ones I have ever used. I literally can't find any area for improvement and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

The first thing I noticed about West Shore U-Lock Mini Storage was how spotlessly clean the entire facility was. From the neatly kept grounds to the main office and the individual storage units, everything was clean, tidy and carefully organized. The security system was also impressive, with user codes to access the storage area and a monitoring system in the office. I was out of the country for four years, and all the time I felt certain my possessions were secure and safe from possible environmental damage.

The staff were without exception friendly and helpful. They were also easy to communicate with from halfway around the world! I strongly recommended West Shore U-Lock to anyone looking for a worry-free place to store their belongings.

I had an issue with a van I originally booked being too small, but luckily I found another U-Haul location nearby—and I'm so glad I did! Justin and Mikaela were incredibly patient and helpful. They took the time to show us the available trucks, explained everything clearly, and helped us make a smooth reservation. Their customer service was top-notch, and they really saved the day. I’ll definitely be booking with them again in the future. Highly recommend this location!
