So what does one say when a company goes out of its way to help your child live a better life? it is truly very difficult to find words that are potent enough.

Our gratitude cannot be measured for Underfoot Flooring, due to the immense help in creating a roll in shower for our special-needs son.

As one can possibly imagine, creating some that specialized (when it comes to functionality) is not the easiest thing to do. It often requires many phone calls, emails, visits to the showroom… To make sure that, the choices made are the best they can be. And this is where Polo and Samantha at Underfoot Flooring couldn’t have shined brighter!

Their level of concern and commitment to our bathroom renovation for our son was second to none! They showed compassion, kindness and true dedication to our family from the beginning of the project to the final day. And we simply cannot thank them enough…

Secondly, I want to touch on the fact that their showroom is unbelievable! I was so shocked that is small town business would have the amount of selection that they had for us to choose from! I so thought I was going to have to order from a bigger centre to get the quality of tile that I was looking for, but I could’ve picked hundreds of options from Underfoot flooring! Their selection is second to none and has a Tile (or ten!) to suit every taste!

I have to say that the tile we chose is absolutely breathtaking and we get comments and compliments on it daily! In fact, we’ve promoted our bathroom on our son’s social media often and everyone’s comments around the tile is exemplary! People just love the bathroom and we couldn’t be more proud to have such a beautiful room in our home that is not only functional but lovely.

Thank you so much again to Polo and Samantha for their hard work and devotion to our project And allowing us to keep our son safe (and with privacy/dignity) as he ages - in his everyday bathing care.

We used Underfoot flooring in the South Okanagan, and we would certainly use their services again. We had luxury vinyl planking installed in our living room and bedroom and we love it. The business did such a good installation of the vinyl and installing a new subfloor. Polo was good at replying to any texts or phone calls, and always willing to answer questions. We did not like one section of trim that was put in (I was not at home at the time when this was done) and once I phoned him with my concerns, he had it taken care of and corrected with-in a few days. I had questions about billing and he met with me, reviewed everything, I got my questions answered and all is good- that also took place over just a few days. I certainly recommending using this company. Very well done, friendly and helpful staff.
