We went in because it's a small Canadian business. We had a awesome experience. My child couldn't find anything and the lady working worked hard to find her some pants she loved. When we left my daughter said she felt so comfortable after the kind warming women helped us. Thanks again!😃

My friend and I came in to look around. We both were very impressed by the level of customer service we received. The ladies who were working today 15th February around 3pm were amazing! Helped my friend out with her shirt size and gave her a compliment, She ended up purchased this product. For myself, I was looking for jeans and couldn't find my size the amazing lady was very helpful and gave me so many different options of jeans, got me out of my comfort zone. (Not a lot of people could do that ). She went above and beyond with the level of customer service she gave me. She needs a raise. I just want to say "thank you" Tho I didn't buy anything I was so pleased with the amazing level of customer service we got. We will be back !

Being on the east coast of Canada it is difficult to purchase Rock Revival Jeans. After searching I found 2 companies that seemed to fit the bill with on line purchases and delivery. They were both American sites and I did not feel comfortable going forward with them. Further searching led me to UNDERGROUND CLOTHING a Canadian site that had a large selection and very secure purchase options, so I placed an order for 6 pairs.
Now this is where their AMAZING customer service jumped in…5 of the 6 pairs were of one waist size and and one of the pairs of pants were a different size. Underground caught this and via a phone call and text wanted to confirm the order..in fact I had placed the wrong size on one..they corrected it and my order was shipped..Customer service like that is almost unheard off today. I received my order complete in about 3 business days.

Happy with the results I placed a 2nd order for another 3 pairs and again they arrived as ordered and on time.

I mentioned when new pairs were acquired by the company to let me know..they did via text with names, style and pictures, even before they were uploaded on their webpage. Again I placed another order.

Underground Clothing is an amazing company with great products, outstanding customer service , and secure means to place your order followed by signature required delivery.

They will be my one stop company for any future Rock Revival purchases.

Disappointing experience first time shopping here. Purchased a sweater online and when I received it was quite itchy. Contacted them to return it for a credit as website states that online orders up to 50 % off can be returned for credit, and no resolution provided by them. Will never be purchasing again. This situation could have been handled a lot better as it is holiday season and everyone is stretched out for funds. Now I'm out $60.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The additional discount was a welcome discount and no where at the time of purchase was it indicated that this would be a final sale. Would have been useful to have this information at the time of purchase. I'm sorry to say but the boutiques that I have purchased from before have always been a bit lenient with their return policy especially when it comes to online orders as customers' didn't have a chance to try them on. Will not be purchasing again.

2nd online purchase from this store. The 2nd purchase I had not read the sizing chart and ordered wrong size, was in Calgary this weekend so I popped in to exchange sizes. All the staff were wonderfully helpful and made it a fun in store visit. If I had had more time I would have stayed to do some in store shopping. Such a great selection of awesome brands and styles to choose from. This is one of those gem stores I will keep returning to!

Ordered online from Quebec, one of the few places in Canada where I could buy Rock Revival jeans at a fair price (1850 stores don't have them anymore). Jeans are perfect, shipping was fast and I'm very happy to have found this store. Thanks 🙂
